Source needed

[edit]

@EldritchEmpress please attach a source to edits which deviate from the default UN source. The footnote column on the left can be used for each. Regards, Wizmut (talk) 13:18, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies, the Japan edit was a mistake on my part since I didn't expect the number to go down. Here's the source for Nigeria: https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/countries/nigeria. I'll wait for a reply before aditing in case something else comes up. EldritchEmpress (talk) 16:04, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Go ahead and edit the page again to add the source. The simplest example to follow might be the Gibraltar entry, or perhaps the Monaco or Vatican entry if more details are required. Wizmut (talk) 16:12, 1 January 2024 (UTC

New template that might help

[edit]

Hi! I just created Template:Get cell. It basically allows to get the content of any table cell (A1, B2, C7, etc) and re-use it other cells for subsequent calculations. I figured it could be useful in tables such as the one in this article. Sophivorus (talk) 14:24, 30 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta

[edit]

if the order is often considered a sovereign entity, shouldn't it be on this list aswell? 2001:14BA:5E22:A200:743B:7D20:8568:2C69 (talk) 21:38, 26 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It's an unusual entity, and is not usually included in such lists. It doesn't have a population density, which would be an issue here. CMD (talk) 04:04, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It is a sovereign military order. Not a sovereign state. Aminabzz (talk) 18:11, 9 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

France

[edit]

What's happening with the entry for France? It seems to be in the wrong place and it isn't ranked149.62.204.174 (talk) 17:53, 12 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The 'France' between 104 and 105 is a common conception of France, the part which is only in Europe. But France proper includes a lot of overseas land considered integral (to say nothing of the dependencies France has). You can find this version at rank 118.
